竞赛简介

Just looking for someone to redesign this logo. It needs to be basically a Canadian Flag, but instead of the maple leaf in the middle, it is a skull wearing a toque (hat) as seen in the example below. We need it to be in vector format (.ai or .psd), as well as high res .png with transparent background. See attached examples. (Remove the words). Would like to see it in both a flat flag, as well as a waving flag.
