Inch is a platform which aiming to be collaborative and solidary. The idea come from a real need of information, mutual aid and networking in the professional environment. This platform would distinguish itself from those already existing, like Linkedin or Viadeo because in addition to the visbility it offers to the user by allowing him to present his profile and express his need, Inch offers also the possibility to the users to interact between them via its "discussions" and "events" pages, allowing exchanges, advices, recommandations, questionings around specific thematics and giving the oppurtinity to the members to get together to evolve their network to finally go from virtual to real.
The “Inch” appellation has for origin the Arabic langage in reference to the word Inch’Allah which express the feeling of hope about an incoming action or an event to realize. “Inch” is also a reference to the English word “inch” like saying that this platform take part to give a helping hand (in French its literally “helping inch”) for his professional evolution.

Inch est une plateforme qui se veut collaborative et solidaire. L'idée vient d'un réel besoin d'information, d'entraide et de réseautage dans l'environnement professionnel. Cette plateforme se distinguerait de celles déjà existantes, comme Linkedin ou Viadeo car outre la visibilité qu'elle offre à l'utilisateur en lui permettant de présenter son profil et d'exprimer son besoin, Inch offre également la possibilité aux utilisateurs d'interagir entre eux via ses pages "discussions" et "événements", permettant des échanges, conseils, recommandations, questionnements autour de thématiques spécifiques et donnant la possibilité aux membres de se réunir pour faire passer leur réseau de virtuel à réel.
L'appellation "Inch" a pour origine la langue arabe en référence au mot Inch'Allah qui exprime le sentiment d'espoir d'une action ou d'un événement à réaliser. "Inch" est aussi une référence au mot anglais "inch" comme dire que cette plateforme participe à donner un coup de main (en français son littéralement "helping inch") pour son développement professionnel.
