  Really Great work. I just show this to my board members and their only suggestion is
  
  If you can add some bright on this design, it would be good. Now so its too dark in some areas.
  
  But please keep this version also

     please check Entry #33 .
     - removed blandness from the 2nd person and added casual dress.
     - added some cute smile on the person
     - added brightness to some dark areas.
