Need a cutting edge logo for a Market Research Business

Hi guys, the logo should have my company name JMRS (the "J" should be capitalised but the rest of the letters may or may not be). JMRS provides specific participants to attend Market Research studies. The client provides us with the criteria they are seeking, we then find qualified participants from our database. I'm looking for a logo that major companies can trust, but it shouldn't be to intimidating, as potential participants also view our website. I was thinking the colour could be teal . Feel free to go crazy creative with this one. Looking forward to the final design.
