Looking for a fresh and professional flyer advertising our new services for Condominium Security

For the last 3 months we have been working on our employee portal software (to develop and customize it to condominium security) in order to improve security and add-value to the condominiums that we service. just wanted to send out a quick note on upgrades to our security services, in case you can use us anywhere. For the last 3 months we have been working on our employee portal software (to develop and customize it to condominium security) in order to improve security and add-value to the condominiums that we service
As an example, we added a visitor management section, that allows us to quickly and professionally authorize visitors to the property. In December alone, we vetted and tracked almost 1,200 guests to one of our sites.

Additional services that are added to the portal include

Amenity booking (elevators, party rooms, visitor parking, etc.)
Visitor Parking enforcement (we are deputized by the City to issue tickets)
Package tracking – our portal will automatically generate an e-mail to the owners and ask for a signature upon delivery (with permanent record)
Real-time Incident reporting – with a report template that has been vetted by condominium insurance adjusters and the police
Visitor Management – as mentioned above
Contractor tracking – our portal will maintain a list of all contractors that enter the condominium and for what purpose – we can provide weekly or monthly reports in case you need to confirm when/if your monthly contractor were on site
Pool checks and record keeping – our portal allows the guard to enter the pool checks and keeps a record of the readings and the date/time.

All of the above are services that we include in our regular rate (no extra cost)
