**Project Brief for Data Analyst Freelancers**

### Overview
We are seeking a skilled data analyst to organize and create detailed furniture packages for various property types and customer segments. The goal is to systematically structure these packages in Excel, covering multiple styles and accommodating property sizes from studio apartments to 4-bedroom homes. Each style will cater to different client types: holiday homes, new homeowners, expats, and investors.

### Objectives
- **Create Defined Furniture Packages**: Develop comprehensive lists of items included in each package tailored to specific client types and property sizes.
- **Organize Data Efficiently**: Present the data in a clear, accessible format in Excel that allows our team to understand and utilize the information effectively for sales and marketing strategies.

### Scope of Work
1. **Data Organization**:
- Compile and categorize furniture items into sub-bundles based on their style and utility.
- Align furniture sub-bundles with corresponding client types and property sizes.

2. **Excel Sheet Structure**:
- **Sheet 1 (Package Overview)**: This sheet should include a matrix that outlines each style and the corresponding packages available for studio to 4-bedroom configurations. It should detail which package types (holiday homes, new homeowners, expats, investors) are applicable to each style and size.
- **Subsequent Sheets (Sub-Bundles Details)**: Each subsequent sheet will focus on a specific package, listing all items that make up the sub-bundles for that particular package. Include columns for item descriptions, dimensions, materials, and any other relevant specifications.

### Deliverables
- **Excel Workbook**: The final product will be an Excel workbook that includes:
- A summary sheet with an overview of all packages by style, property size, and client type.
- Detailed sheets for each specific package, showing the breakdown of sub-bundles and individual items.
- **Documentation**: A brief document explaining the organization of the sheets and any assumptions or rules used in the data compilation.

### Requirements
- **Experience with Data Analysis**: Proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring.
- **Understanding of Product Categorization**: Ability to logically categorize and structure product data for easy retrieval and comprehension.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in data entry and organization.

### Timeline

I can do better for your project since your project is more challengeable Includes multi options for each category .
