Re size these 2 brochures to be printed in A4 size

Hello Contestants,
I have here 2 brochures (both sides printed) of 2 products (Valkalor and Vertan).
I want to print them on Vista Print as flyers with this dimension: 8.5"*11". Right now they are a little bigger, and I want to be able to just upload them in size 8.5"*11" keeping the exact same shape and content.
You will find enclosed the 2 brochures (they are both sides each).
I only want 2 modifications:
the email address on bottoms of the pages should be: vincent.delaroche@idena.fr
