竞赛简介

"Casas de El Salvador" is a Salvadoran company oriented to sell properties to Salvadorans living in the USA. The company values include trust above all, then service and good care for their customers.
I am trying to get this logo renewed for their new website. The current logo lacks of design skill, but tries to depict a house and a tree... which is kind of the expected for a realty company. I am looking for something new, the lettering is somehow hard to read, and in general the look is unprofessional and old. So, I want something modern, an icon would be a good addition to the lettering, but making it simple and memorable would be great. As I wrote before, houses are the expected icon, but you can make it very stylized, or just not a house, but something else related to the values of the company. The blue color is also nice but not required (as such tone at least). Blue comes form the Salvadoran flag, but maybe the flag can be a better reference for colors than the sample logo I am attaching.
