Hi. Here's the photoshop version. This is still AI based but the filter is from photoshop. You may still get the AI files so you may scale it. I hope you like it. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you. PS: There are 4 photos attached. :)

lol..i could have done better if you wanted smudge technique and not vector. its easier. the eyeand eyebrows don't match the background.

Thanks. We either have to be able to edit it in Photoshop here in the USA or we have to have a realistic AI drawing with additional background behind the face (a simple scene such as looking out over a lake or a snowy scene). I could pay you an extra $50 for that.

All visible lines are vector based. If you want it smooth it won't look like realistic. But I can make it smooth if you want.
