Calling all top level U12 Girls 2006 Birth Year
for the 2017-2018 Season.

We are forming a State Cup caliber team to compete in various events for the 2017-2018 season. (Please put state cup logo here)

All GIRLS who make the Chaos 06' Red Girls team next year will not owe FEES for the outdoor season. This includes no down payment, no monthly payment, and no uniform fee $995+ value.

This age group has been privately SPONSORED.

*Only out of pocket expense will be indoor, and tournaments. These events will be divided b the total number of players participating. This sponsorship is the for Chaos 06' Girls Red team only*
