I have a registered domain and am looking for a professional to assist me in creating a website from scratch. I need step-by-step guidance on the setup process and need the following specific features and functionalities to be included in the website:

- A clean and simple homepage: The homepage should be designed to attract new users and encourage them to subscribe to the website.

- Automated newsletter system: I require a newsletter system that can automatically send emails to subscribers. The main objective is to keep the users engaged and informed.

- Landing page creation: The website should be equipped with the ability to create landing pages. These pages will be used for various promotional activities to attract more users to the website.

Key Requirements:
- I am open to using wordPress, mailchimp or other suitable solutions, so I'm open to recommendations.
