  Hello contest holder, I have a few comments/questions. Firstly, the prize is fairly low for an animation of this length with voice over. Also, most motion graphic video designers (99%) are not also professional voice over artists so this is something that will need to be paid for after the contest is awarded. The script you have provided describes an animation that would be better suited for a 2D animated style rather than a whiteboard animation, would you consider that style instead?
