I have an existing single-story attached garage and am ready to add a full second-story over it that will house two new bedrooms. The rooms will be accessed through a short hallway that ties into the current second-floor landing of the main house. A preliminary plan is attached; what I now need is a complete, permit-ready drawing package that translates that concept into buildable reality. Scope • Refine the attached layout into traditional-style architecture that blends seamlessly with the house. • Specify a stucco exterior finish and an asphalt-shingle roof, matching profiles, colours, and trim details to the existing façade. • Provide dimensioned floor plans, exterior elevations, building sections, window/door schedules, and all relevant construction notes. • Include structural framing plans for floor, walls, and roof, sized for typical U.S. residential loads (or advise if additional data is required). • Deliver files in PDF for permitting plus editable CAD (DWG/DXF) for my builder. I am Searching for full time freelancers that can turn a skp model into Autocad Layout, can work as part of a team, and are skilled working with x-references in AutoCAD. Coordination/ workspace via dropbox so dropbox storage is required, and payment via freelancer.com. Minimum 5 years experience using layouts as x-references is a must. Projects are in UAE so candidates with knowledge in drafting as per UAE Building Code are preferred. Typical set of Drawings/ Layouts, are, but not limited, to; Existing, Demolition/ Construction, Proposed, Flooring, Ceiling, Finishes, Lighting & Lighting Control, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fixed/ Loose Furniture, Elevations/ Sections, etc. There is an existing Drawing List, and workflow.
