I have a bachelor's degree on Finance-Accounting, but I have not continued my master's degree until now because I was working in my professional field and I was learning more from practice than I would have ever learned from theory at University. Graphic-Design is something that has had my attention during the last 5 years and all the clients I have had ( a total of 14 regarding Graphic Design projects) have been really satisfied. I am aware that having this type of independency as a skilled worker has its risks at the beginning, but I am focused and for the first time since I created my Freelancer account I am seeing this as a way to make active income. 收起

I am...I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards. I am not comfortable with settling, and I am always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. In my previous role, I was promoted four times in less than seven years. I am highly organised. I always take notes, and I use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines. I like to keep a clean workspace and create a logical filing method so I am always able to find what I need. I find this increases efficiency and also helps the rest of the team stay on track. I am results oriented, constantly checking in with the goal to determine how close or how far away we are and what it will take to make it happen. I find this pressure inspiring and a great motivator for the rest of the team. 收起
