I would like to make an app for both IOS and Android phones (preferably using Flutter). It's main functionality is like a to-do list where a user can keep track of a list of texts (add/delete/update the list). The UI needs to have two important features: 1. The UI design similar to the iOS weather app (), especially the layout and the transition between the boxes when scrolling. However, instead of weather information it shows the list of texts. (2) when minimized it should always be visible on the screen, in the form of a floating window and sliding tab (something like Spotify's pictuer-in-picture floating window).
