My partner and I have just recently purchased an 18 acre property in Hilldene. We are planning...but understand we need to get the ball rolling on a building draft. There are currently dwelling plans and permits on the property already. However, they are not what we are looking for as it is just a basic metricon home. With 266 seats, including a large bar, we need to see what surfaces ...to prioritize material selection.
