I made an imovie in 2011, and I want to update it for a 60th birthday. I have the MP4 file, but it won't let me edit it in movie. Need help with this!

You just have to make videos using voice over and script provided by us. Software you use to make videos is be Adobe Premiere Pro/ Filmora / imovie. Hard working person required who do project on time and deliver within the given time.

The first idea I have is.. I want to add a graphic that sweeps across the video to add in between edited frames and questions (as I am doing interviews).
