I need short run manufacture of 100 pieces of a small Polycarbonate lens. Approximate dimensions are 180 mm Width X 120 mm Height by 100 mm depth. Manufacture will need to build mold - probably by CNC methods on billet Aluminum. Material will be CLEAR 2mm PC with UV inhibitor. Higher cost per piece is understood as this is a short run.
