We are seeking a professional to create a basic plat of survey for a property in the Chicagoland area. This survey will be used for a home sale and should meet all standard requirements. The work is urgent, and we need it completed as soon as possible. Ideal candidates should have experience with property surveys and be familiar with local regulations.

I need a detailed topographic map of my property, which is over 5 acres. This map will be used for construction planning. The golf-course paths have lost their charm and some damaged sections now show cracks, potholes and patches of uneven ground. I want those problem spots rebuilt with our proprietary rubber-modified mix so the entire trail is comfortable to ride on and looks fresh and seamless again while staying kinder underfoot for golfers and carts.
