A CNC machine moves a rotating spindle with a cutting blade in three dimensions, X, Y and Z. So that it can do this well, the spindle has to be precisely aligned to the machine bed in two axes. The machine I have has these adjustments (called "Tramming") but they are poorly designed. The Spindle bolts onto a vertical plate. I need a design to add an intermediate plate that can be easily adjusted at four points and once set into position locks there. The attached picture shows the custom designed wine cellar the client wants. They would like the top half to be able to move down for them to select a bottle of wine. The top half would be a single bottle wine system and the bottom half would be a double bottle wine system. The wine cellar is a standup wine cellar that consists of two panels. The bottom panel (half) will have a 2 bottle deep wine panel- this panel will remain in place for the entire time and does not need to move.
