HHello, I am looking to work with a skilled creative high quality artist that can create a 3d life like outside and 2 inside renderings of a commercial / residential building. My style is modern and chic. However the building is in an urban area located in Detroit,MI. An upscale NYC style loft is the look I am going for for the inside and urban chic is the look I want for the outside with a gated green area. I have included a few images to showcase the look I want. I will also send you real google map images of the building and area. To be clear I want the following. 1: 1 outside rendering of the building that showcases a gated green area 2: 1 inside rendering of a live work loft ( living room / open kitchen area ) 3: 1 bedroom rendering of a large king bedroom with large windows Please note, my budget is on the smaller side. However I am not looking for an interior designer to design the space from specs. I will send images to show you the look I want and let you create it. My budget is $150.00 - $250.00
