Code PSD to valid HTML/CSS/AJAX

I am looking for a coder to code this PSD template found below to valid HTML/CSS/AJAX. Requirements: - Width is fixed - Drop down in the red upper box should look the exact same (same style). I will add the AJAX script to get it to work - Navigation menu will need to have a mouseover effect. "Terms" and "Company" show the graphic effect. Only mouseover, once clicked, the style should reert to the original. - In the Application Chart, and General Terms, you need to use the JavaScript found ([login to view URL]) to navigate between the navigation options. There's also a mouseclick graphic UI. "Toyota" in Application Chart show the mouseclick UI event. - Application Chart, Shipping Policy and Company Overview height must be fluid - The fitment table in Application Chart must be in DIV to allow scrolling I need this as quick as possible.
