Auto Click and Notification on Change

Hello,
See the attached picture.
What I basically would like for this project is a program that will
1. Automatically click the "search" button that you can see in the picture (one click per every few minutes). This is on a web page that I keep open all the time.
2. 99% of the time, after search is clicked, it will say "NO RECORDS FOUND" like you can see in the image. What I want to happen, however, is that if there any changes where a job or assignment is listed after the click, I want the PC to make a beep or other alert sound, so that I can hear that a record has been located.
That is all I really need this program to do. I always keep this web page open in firefox, so just something that can automatically click and alert me to any possible assignments would be great.
