Detailed Windows / MS SQL Screen Scraping / Data Mining Application Needed

We are looking to have someone write a screen scraping / data mining application that will extract data from [login to view URL], (which seems to have the most info we need as well as generating the most accurate results when doing searches) and then returning the data back to us and placing into it’s proper placement into our site’s MS SQL product database. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT JUST A SIMPLE JOB OF EXTRACTING INFO FROM A WEBSITE AND CREATING A NEW EXCEL FILE WITH THAT INFO. PLEASE READ THE FULL DOCUMENT FOR A DETAILED OUTLINE OF THIS PROJECT. Providers who have done previous screen scraping / data mining jobs and can show us examples of this will receive priority consideration. Budget for this project is approx. $300-$400 US.
