ASP CMS install + 2 small scripts

Hello, I have bought a template at [login to view URL] (this is a CSS full site) [login to view URL] 1) I want to use an ASP CMS with this template. The CMS name is "allintaCMS". [login to view URL] This CMS is template based, because it contains 20 templates pre-integrated (but it is possible to implement a different design to what are on offer as the included templates in allintaCMS). - I'd like to implement the TemplateMonster design I bought into the CMS (note that when implementation will be done, we must not see any difference between the original template and the template implemented into the CMS). - I need allintaCMS to be installed on the server (with database connexion) and set with highest security: in fact, allintaCMS must be fully functionnal (there is an installation guide and the programmer will have full access to the server). - In the allintaCMS content manager, 7 Webpages must be created in the "Website content" area. For each of the 7 Webpages, the "Content details" of the CMS must be filled with the HTML code that is found in the template (there are 7 pages in the TemplateMonster template, but of course, as the programmer will already have completed the header and the footer of the Website in the implementation design, he will only have to copy and paste the central part of each page of the 7 Webpages that are in the template). 2) As the Website will be presented in more than one language, we need to use a script to automatically detect the language setting of the visitors' browser, and redirect them to the appropriate section within the site. This can be javascript or asp coded (I'd prefer ASP). 3) The Website will automatically display the date at the right-top of the Website. There is no need to code this part (I'll send the javascript to the programmer), but it is necessary to automatically adapt the date language to the language setting of the visitors' browser.
