AspDotNetStorefront ML 9 Customization C#

We have recently launched our site on the AspDotNetStorefront ML 9 platform. We have developers on-staff and working remotely, but need assistance with very specific site enhancments over the next few weeks. If the work is done well, this could easily develop into a long-term arrangement. We have a staging site set up with our source-control managed via SVN. **See the summary for current tasks in the the "Detailed Requirements" section.** Details will be provided for each task to ensure that requirements are very clear. In addition, we are available via Yahoo Messenger, Skype Messenger or AIM and email. We are very responsive and available 6 days a week from 4 a.m. until 4 p.m. Eastern Time (US) Monday through Friday as well as Sunday. **FUTURE POTENTIAL** If these tasks are able to be completed rapidly and are done well, we have a growing list of similar types of tasks as well as mini projects (like a new customer rewards program, additional payment methods, widget integrations, mobile version of site, wish list features, performance enhancments and much more.) But we do want to ensure you are familiar with our site, code, working methods and so on before considering adding you to our extended development team. **CURRENT PROJECT REQUIREMENTS ** * Must have at least 5 years C# and object-oriented programming experience * Must have experience customizing AspDotNetStorefront * Must have completed at least 1 project on vWorker/RAC or another major freelance marketplace where we can verify your past work and ratings. **IMPORTANT: Tell us about your relevant experience and how you envision assisting us with our current and future needs.** Let us know if you have questions regarding this project. We look forward to your proposal! ## Deliverables **Here are the initial site enhancments we are seeking help with: *** Modify the search results, add-to cart, shopping cart and checkout to use AJAX (with jQuery), so actions are completed faster without refreshing the pages. We have JavaScript and HTML for a minicart presentation already done. So when a user adds and item to their cart, it would simply add to the cart via the API (using AJAX) and display the minicart which the user could close or proceed to checkout. * Add Daily Deals feature to site (basically we add a DailyDeals table with columns like DailyDealID, ProductID, DealPrice, DealDescription, DealDate[s], IsActive) Then each day, one product will use the DealPrice instead of the regular price. We can implement this in a few ways, but this gives you and idea of what we need to accomplish. There will also be a page that will show what the current daily deal is and we have a small spot on the homepage that will show the current dail deal. * Auto-Complete Search Feature (so users see product photo and names appearing as they type their search keywords...the keywords should be highlighted in the name) * Enhancements to the My Account page (we will provide new HTML, programming will need to be adjusted to work with the new layout...and the create/edit address form will appear in a lightbox [fancybox]. Same with the order receipt and re-order confirmation.)
