Want ability to Create unlimited categories to provide each employee with their own personalized links listing
Page will display and group according to category (alphabetized) then will have a title, a short description and the link address
Have icon for new Link (this will be javascripts pop up window)

(box to check) Would you like this Link to display on your home page?(only 10 will display on home page) (this question to only show up if they choose “Favorites” category)
The home page will be just the links that are checked by this box only top 10 will display with title and link
