Colour Generator

I'm looking to make a site similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] -The site should be built with asp .net. -There will be a user log in and authentication with an email sent for verification. -users will be able to upload a photo .jpg-jpeg, gif,etc. and like [login to view URL], 5 of the top colors from the photo will show and the picture next to them, all in thumbnail format with curved edges -Photos will be saved to a directory on my server and NOT to database. The database should be MSaccess and hold log in / user information and photo name and directory path only. -Photos in directory will be renamed with user and time stamp (that information saved in database) - Home page will be 10 most recent photos uploaded. - No admin panel needed except for quick admin view with ability to delete photos and member. No rush on project. And I am interested in INDIVIDUAL freelancers only....and NOT COMPANIES. Looking for long term relationship for much larger projects.
