ASP.NET VB.NET Web Based Survey Engine

This project is very simple and could lead to additional work for customization. All I require is that someone download the sample code from Wrox Press for this survey engine setup the database in their own environment and make it work so I can browse it and take a look and see if it will meet my needs. Think of this as more of a tryout for the next phase of customizing it. [login to view URL] Included are the VB.NET (asp.net) and .MDF (SQL Server Database).
