ASP.net Vendor Record Merge

Create ASP.net C# page to merge records. This merge would be for a table of Vendors that has duplicate Vendor numbers. The use will select records by criteria such as company name, address, city, state zip and phone number. The page will return rows which meet the criteria. The user will select records to merge. The user can view records in a selection control to select which data elements in the records to merge into the final record and save to the database. For example, they might select the Vendor number and name from one recored and select the street address from another, and the city and state from another, and merge into one record to post an update to an external database. An example of a Vendor record files is attached in Excel which you can Import to SQL Server You should have the ability to complete this request based on the examples provided and knowledge of what typical systems do in the subject matter area or be willing to research the subject matter as a part of this request.
