We need a base Asp.Net Web API project that will provide backend (in Asp.Net Web API) for audio recording (stored in windows azure) as well as playback. We just need the Web API done for the moment, however a very plain front end can be added that can demonstrate the API at work. This project is planned to serve as the groundwork for a few other projects to come and the following are the goals: 1. Audio recording Web API that will be the basis of future mobile app projects to come. 2. Use of the latest of .Net and Asp.Net including: C# 6, Asp.Net Core, Web API, asynchronous programming, Azure services. 3. Good coding standard is followed so that future developers on the project can easily maintain code. 4. All data is to be stored on azure service, preferably DocumentDB. Any limit of voice recording? or file size limit if any sound file uploaded Which browser support do we need to take into consideration counter to show multipart -Can you please explain.
