Clone of Template Monster.com

I want a clone of [login to view URL] Anything similar to it should be fine but it must be fully functional without bugs. The payment system should be working. I would prefer someone already done with it. ASP, .NEt or php should be fine. My SQl or SQL server is ok. My intention is to sell templates and logos and graphics related work from this site.
