Create admin page for website - asp.net C#

I have a website that is going to be used to submit and approve documents. There is a page in the admin section where administrators can approve the submitted documents. I need someone to finish this page, I have attached a jpg of what the final page should look like and below is a list of things that need to be done to finish the page. There are two pages that will need to be edited: this is the main page that needs to be edited: [login to view URL] this is the page where an admin will create the loan: http://localhost:62902/administrator/[login to view URL] The site is built in asp.net C# using webmatrix. List of tasks: 1. Add user document list. At the bottom of the page should be a list of documents for each user. The user document list will be similar to this page: [login to view URL] You can copy this page and use it as a starting place. 2. There should be a document list for each user in the section "Assign Access." So if two users have access then there will be two list of documents. If a new user is added, then a new document list will appear. If a user is removed then their document list should be removed. 3. Make the document lists collapsable. On the top right of each document box is a +/- button. This should expand and collapse the document box. 4. Create a "required" column. When the admin clicks the check it will change from red to green. Red means not required. This will update the database table "documents" > "doc_active" 1 for active and 0 for not active. This should be done using Ajax so the page doesn't need to reload on every change. 5. Create an "Arbor Approval" column. Same as above, but there should be two buttons "Approve" and "Reject" This will update the database table "documents" > "doc_approval". If rejected a pop-up box should appear to let the admin type a reason why the document was rejected. Should use Ajax to prevent page reloading everytime. 6. Add delete button to the "All Other Documents" section. Should delete the document using Ajax. 7. Add a button to "Email the Group." Please see the second attached jpg. This pop up window should allow admin to select from any users assigned to the loan and send them a short email message. Please let me know if there are any questions about the project.
