Create a simple webservice and a webform to call the webservice showing a "[login to view URL]" while ws is running

We need someone to create a simple project . the project will be as follows :

1.- build a webservice that perform a tast ( a big count for instance ) that can last more or less 20 seconds . No matter what the task is ok ? is up to you but we need source code of course . we wont accept you to use a webservice that you dont have source code . this webservice wil perform some task for about 20 seconds and will return a string value with the result ( "OK" or "KO" for instance ) .

2.- create a webform ( on a separate solution . not part of the same solution of the ws ) . this webform will have a button to call the webservice and will show a "[login to view URL]" image while the webservice is running . whenever the ws finish the webform will show the webservice result .

3.- we want you to implement timeout values to control ws execution . For instance force a timeout and be able to extend timeout changing the appropiate parameters in [login to view URL] or wherever you propose .

this 2 solutions( WS and webform to call the ws ) will be developed in ASP.NET (visual studio 2013 maximum ) and using only VB.NET (in no case C# or any other language ) . we will only accept VB.NET
