Creating a upload progress bar for my current project

I bought a file sending script which is .net application. I have it uploaded online. The script lacks a progress bar which I wanted. I need your help in implementing a upload progress bar into my current application. The progress bar should appear on the page and IF possible, an ajax progress bar.
