Customer VOIP Location Inventory Database

We are deploying a new VOIP Switch and have to assign static ip address's to every subscriber in order to match their phone to a voip gateway in our switch. We are wanting a database on MS sql 2005 and a front end for this database to give us the features such as search add new subscriber where it automatically picks the first available IP address from the list, we would like the ability to modify services or lines the subscriber has and to delete a record but only delete the customer info not the ip address or voip gateway. See attached documentation for finite details The database would include 9-12 tables each table consisting of a separate service area of which the CSR could choose from a drop down, this would then search or add a record to that particular ip pool. IP Mask IP Default Gateway C15 GW OLTG-4/Gpon-4 GPON ONT SHELF # Lines Phone GWE Name The above columns would be present in both new search 1: IP Mask Def Gateway and C15 GW would be completely static, the user could never change these selections they would cimply populate the subscriber information to show which sub is using the ip and c15 gateway which is like the corresponding system ID. 2:The #lines would go up to 24 lines which would then drop fields for the remaining phone gwe and name to be populated for each line, keeping in mind each line would be a different phone number, but 1 gateway can have multiple lines. this would all need to be stored in SQL 2005 database that you would create also. 3: We would like the ability to have some sort of behind the scenes admin page where we could add a new service area/exchange where we could imput easily a few thousand records which would be a new ip range its gateway, mask and C15GW which is just a numerical value (see additional documentation) 4: The ability to save, cancel or delete would be available depending on if the CSR was in new record or search and modify an existing record.. I have all of this detailed and can explain to the high bidder. The main goal of this project is to have the ability to track who has what ip address and which gateway they are provisioned on in the Genband C15 soft phone switch. Technicians will have bre-built gateways by IP and they need to match what the database says for tracking and provisioning. I would like someone who can speak fluent english, I dont have alot of time for this project to be completed and would like to not have language barrier be an issue.
