We require a developer to work with us for a ASP.Net based Helpdesk Ticking Application, that include a custom form builder application Project Scenario, This is a helpdesk Ticketing system for company employees who can apply for their benefits using this portal with respective benefits forms, (HR, Admin & Facilities Departments) Example: • Annual leave Application • New visa for the family • Ticket Redemption • Parking Access card request • Business Visa Request • Transport Request • Visa Renewal • Salary letter • Other benefits Time to time new benefits forms added or changed to the portal using a custom form builder. Additional info: • Create Support Ticket No. • 3 Tire work flow for the Ticket / forms • Active directory integration and single sign on login to the portal ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ VS 2010, ASP.Net 4.0, C#, Dev.
