DB repair and debug website

I have a asp website that requires the database MSSQL 2008 repairing. I have the original unaltered database. I need a programmer to use this database to fix my current one which I have been told parts of it have become corrupt.

I want to keep all my customers details in the database. Therefore. I need one of two thing,

1) Use old database to repalce corrupted tables in current database

or

2) Move customer details to original database.

As well as the above I require

1) Passwords and emails of customers stored encrypted within the database (and new customers that sign up to be stored encrypted too)

2) An easy script for any new uploaded pictures to be converted resized and stored as a small .JPG (yes I have the source code) fairly simple

3) Add a script to stop page jumping to top when drop down bars and calenders are clicked on a single form page (postback) fairly simple

4) Check over website for any errors once database is fixed

For someone who knows what they are doing this project should take hardly any time. Do it in your spare time, there is no rush
