ASP.NET MVC Kendo Web HTML Application on Windows Azure - repost for POC

This post is for Virtual Org to complete the Proof Of Concept phase of this project as agreed.

I'm looking for a development group with proven portfolio in ASP.NET MVC Web applications to build a system for a dive boat tour operator to support checking passengers onto the boat, and also sales aboard the boat. Will also need to allow editing the configuration screens for things like stock.

This work is in three phases / milestones:

1. Foundation - Build one working page using the correct architecture. This includes setting up the navigation / screen layout as well as enabling security via Azure ACS and logging in. ~ 4/5 days

2. Proof of concept - After I'm sure the architecture is correct, we will rapidly develop simple pages using Kendo UI Grid. We will also build two complex pages for "Check-In" and "Sales".~ 1 week.

3. After the Proof of Concept is built and we have proven the technolgies, we will start designing in detail the screens, business rules, and requirements. After this we will test and release the system including technical documentation. ~ 2 / 3 weeks.

I will own all copyright to this software. You can optionally develop this using my remote desktop Windows Azure environment which has VS 2012 Express and Kendo UI installed. Or Develop in your environment and just release to Windows Azure for me to test.

Please see the attached documents which provide more information. The successful person will need to skype me for an hour after being awarded the project to develop a good understanding of our requirements. Please read the PPT first as this gives a good overview. The word document gives more detail.
