ASP Classified Real Estate Website

Need a real estate classified website which MUST be developed in ASP! Wont accept any other offer! I already have the a sample design layout for most of the pages on powerpoint slides. The Pages & Descriptions: 1) Home - will have login, Ads area (deals of the day) and a rotating banner. Will have a search function too for by city, by area, by categories and by type. 2) Rental properties (4 sub-menus/inner pages): Apartment Studio Flat Office Space Villas 3) Selling Properties (4 sub-menus/inner pages): Apartment Studio Flat Office Space Villas 4) Contact Us 5) Login - will have login area by email & password and next to it a registration form for new subscribers. 6) Submit properties - this page will be like a form for users to submit on the property they want to sell or rent. Example of fields they need to enter: by city, upload pic, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking & any additional information. Backend: In control panel, 2 areas to replace image and 3 areas for display ads, data base panel (email, phone etc) and area to edit member profiles. Website should be developed in ASP.NET
