ASP ,XML , SQL

Hello ASP Masters i want to build a web site that is based on online casino games. there will be 10 numbers people will select any 1 number with their credit/debit card information with a approprite amount. and the amount will be deduct from his/her a/c, and will be debited to our a/c. the game will be every 1/2 hour. if the costomer win than he will get 4 times of the beted money or loses. the information will be sent via e-mail and be stored on web. this is a short information of the total web site. contact me i will tell you the details. i want the web site must be done by the help of asp, html, xml, ms-sql or oracle. must have security system. quote the minium rate.
