Academic Writing

I would like to convert an existing 15 page business-plan document into an Academic Paper for a Public Audience. There is no need for much research. I will provide the business plan document that the writer will use as the basis for writing the Academic Paper. The existing document is written in very clear language. Guidelines for the Paper: • A cover-page with the title • This proposal should be about the idea itself, and not necessarily about the organization behind it. • Proper references to sources throughout the paper (either APA or Chicago Manual of Style would work well) • The paper should be between 15-20 pages in length. • An executive summary must be included. This should not exceed one page in length and should be structured like an “elevator pitch”. This should include the key elements of the proposal and the major innovations and challenges. • Maximize the quality and strength of the paper for its presentation to a public audience. It should be general enough to apply to many contexts. • Provide clarity in the way the paper expresses its ideas, the problem being tackled and the theory of change of how the status quo is being improved. The target audience for this paper • The general public. This includes those who are in a position to lobby/support/replicate the ideas presented in different contexts and regions.
