University oral presentation - Based on Mabo case in regards to International and Australian laws and what does the Mabo case have to do with refugee rights in Australia. I need a twelve-hour turnaround for completion. Topic - What do land rights have to do with refugee rights? Oral presentation needs to be 1 hour in length that it is split into 4 even parts (delegated among group members). Part 1 - Mabo case in regards to International and Australian laws. (my part of the presentation that the work needs to be completed for). Part 2 - Tampa border case in regards to International and Australian laws. (no work required) Part 3 - Non-justiciability (no work required) Part 4 Aboriginal feelings towards refugees/who are the owners? (no work required) My part of the oral presentation needs to be approximately 15-20 minutes in length. It needs to be based and discussed around the attached readings. However, it is not limited to these readings. My part involves discussing how land rights differ to native title and how the Mabo case is relevant to refugee rights. I would like it to be persuasive towards the rights and feelings of the Aboriginal people. Harvard referencing is essential.
