Hi, Further to your post, I would like to submit my proposal for your works. I am a highly experienced UK-based accountant with considerable cross-industry experience in preparing and submitting accounts and corporation tax returns. I note your works simply state to submit your accounts. You do not state what level of completion these are in or the volume of transactions. Clearly, the overall cost will depend on these but can range from 4 hours upwards. I also note that you have not mentioned the Corporation Tax Return (CT600). If you do want this doing as well, I would charge my standard hourly rate (per my bid) plus an additional £15.00 to cover software fees and iXBRL conversion. For a simple verify and file (i.e. from summarised figures) I can complete your works within a 24 hour timescale from receipt of your books. If considerable bookkeeping is required, this may take longer. For Corporation Tax, the turnaround will be lower assuming I have already prepared accounts. Finally, my rate... Unfortunately, I am above your budget but, I am a UK-based accountant (unlike many of your proposals) and have a UK cost of living. I would dearly like to work for £5.00 per hour but, I really can't. In addition, my higher rate comes with an assurance that I submit UK accounts on a regular basis (must be worth something). I am assuming these accounts are for Companies House? This proposal is for abbreviated accounts, however if you are required to submit the full set, including interface with HMRC I may require more time. I am assuming also, that you have all the information at hand, and merely require it to be formulated into a set of accounts.
