Hi there! I'm looking for a financial forecasting excel expert to model a 10 year plan for a start up Community Bank. The key revenues in the Banks are loans and fees. I want someone who has an understanding of typical expenses of a Bank. For instance I want your excel model to have assumption pages where I can change the assumptions of loans fees and etc automatically update the whole model accurately. Powerful graphs and charts are a must including CAR, NPL ratio, ROE, etc.. I want to be able to value the business for discussing with potential investor hence IRR, and NPV are a must. I want to be able to see the different methods of performing the valuations. I have an example of such a template which I can send to you on request. I want to see monthly, yearly forecasts of cash flows, Income statements, Balance sheets, break-even, ROI. Presentation of the highest quality is absolutely crucial. A summary page should include the the key highlights to a potential investor interested in buying equity. The detailed budgets are being presented to a potential investor. the highlights are to be for what a typical investor would look for. Someone wants to invest money in the Bank but they want to see my projections. This is my first opportunity to show the investor a quality document that is of exceptional presentation quality. No chancers please, this is urgent and I really want you to execute this proficiently and get it right the first time. I will be available all the way with an aspects that need to be clarified.
