This is a website start-up business. We are looking for someone to create a business plan so this project can seek out financial needs. ie: bank loans and/or investors. The website is based on a dating platform. There isnt a good baseline market for what the dating site will be based for. (more information will be given at time of employment). So we will be breaking new ground in this area. All the ideas and strategies will be placed out for you to create a professional complete business plan. This project will need to be complete within the next 2 weeks or asap.
