I am please to submit herewith my proposal for the position of MYOB in your excellent company, the project is not new to me and I believe my qualification, working experience, and God given talent enable me to meet the expectation and demand of the said position. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Briefly, I have experience working in prestigious Industry Company using Universal Accounting software like Wave, Myob, Sap, Quick books and Xero. Below is a summary of my skills to show different ways in which I can be essential in your organization:
1. Bookkeeping /Accounting Services - perform day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure finances are maintained in an effective , up to date and accurate manner. Processing and monitoring of payments and timely posting and recording them in accounting system to meet 100% average collection.
2. Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable - I have successfully managed and monitor the full cycle of accounts receivable complying with financial policies and procedures. Provide accounts receivable reports and other related reports on weekly, semi-monthly and monthly closing report which will be submitted to top management and sales use for financial matters and decisions making.
3. Administrative and Clerical Services –perform general administrative support like maintaining and ensuring the confidentiality and security of all financial documents, maintain accurate record of financial transaction including sales, purchase, income and receipt of payment, prepare payroll and payment processing.
4. Data Entry Specialist, word processing, Microsoft outlook, internet research, email handling, and travel planning coordinator. Can create designs works using Power point and adobe Photoshop. I am also effective in both written and verbal communication skills.
