I have worked on project which is used by tutor to teach students at distant places.
Whole project is developed in Adobe Flex and also integrated with web services.
This software contains all tools which has been used by tutor in physical class room. e.g. Whiteboard, which contains tools diagrams, tutor can shared ppt, pdf, doc, execl sheet over here. Audio video chat. Text chat. etc.

I read your requirement. As I can understand it is a big project and it is included with multiple technology like php, flash, html5 etc. So it can be handle only by a team and I have a strong technical team.
I ahve done many projects before and have done some chat functions also in flash. We are very much professional and careful about our job.
