AS3/AIR/Starling CameraRoll with upload to PHP

I require someone to develop a class/methods using AS3 that will allow a user on a mobile device (only iOS and Android) to select an image from the camera roll or capture a new image using the devices camera. Once selected the screen must display the selected image at say 100x100 (but this needs to be able to be configured) with a delete button. Obviously the delete button removes the selected image from the object/screen not the camera roll.

There also needs to be a button on the screen which says upload which then uploads the image to a PHP script sitting on a external server.

The user will be able to select/capture a maximum of 2 images which will need to be able to be displayed on the same screen as a data type list. Each data row will have their own delete action/button.

I have attached a sample mock up to clarify requirements. You will not need to worry about design elements, just so long as the layout is roughly the same.

The entire project is using Starling framework as I need to use this to utilize Feathers UI so I need this to be compatible with Starling. I can provide basically the entire code base to select image from the device so I just need someone to complete the remaining parts:

- Upload to server

- Display images

- Remove images

etc

This is only going to be used on iOS and Andriod, no desktop support required. This is an urgent project and hoping to have completed in a day or 2 at the most.

I am using Flash Builder if that is relevant.
