Create an auto-seating script for Pokerstars.com software - repost

Project Description: Hi, I need software that will monitor 20 open tables on Pokerstars software. Each player that is seated at the table is "color-coded" with a ring, showing whether they are a good or bad player. Good players are color coded with the color blue, and bad players are coded with the color orange. You can see an example of a table here: [login to view URL] In the above screenshot you can see "linda195611" and "hornthorn76" are the two bad players at the table, the rest are good players. It also needs to treat unmarked players the same as bad players. An unmarked player looks this way: [login to view URL] The program must scan all tables that are STACKED on top of each other in a certain spot of my screen, the tables in this spot must be checked to see if a bad player is sitting there, if this is the case, the table must be moved to a seperate spot of my screen and a noise made. The program must continue to monitor any tables that I open and place in that position, it must be very quick, as soon as a new player or a bad player sits down, it must immediately move the table to a different location of my screen.
